Vernon Rodrigues is a native of California, born and raised in Oakland. He has
spent all his life in the Greater Bay Area and currently resides in Castro Valley,
California. His childhood trips visiting relatives in Monterey are the inspiration for
"The Fish Boats"
He has enjoyed traveling and writing

"South, Through The Painted Desert"
